Day by Day
Hello everyone!
Since Day by Day is a series that takes place in the same universe and has an episode that features Michael Gross as Steven Keaton, I was wondering if it's information should be added to the wiki. Of course they are separate series, but since this is a spin off I was thinking the information may belong here. Any thoughts?
The Art of Being Nick
So my plan in the long run is to add information about the spin off series that wasn't picked up, The Art of Being Nick, which followed Nick Moore outside the Family Ties series. Since this had three iterations I'm not entirely sure of how I will format the information of this series, especially because it was never picked up after the pilot aired. Let me know if you have any suggestions!
Page Layout
Hey!
I think that pages should have a specific layout to help navigate through the information. This means that in all pages the info is organized in the same way and can be found in the same place. For example I will be going through the episode pages to add a proper layout. This will be:
- Synopsis
- Plot
- Cast
- Starring
- Guest Starring
- Co-Starring
- Quotes
- Trivia
- Gallery
I think I will be adding the "Goofs" or "Funny Moments" sections into Trivia but I am not sure of whether they will be in sub sections or just within the regular trivia. Let me know what you think!
Family Ties and Sony's TV SideView

In case we haven't met yet, hi, I'm Andrew. I'm Wikia's technical community manager. If you have no idea what that means, my job is to make sure our partners and users are properly set up with the right content, tools, and (when something fails) technical solutions.
Last month, in partnership with Sony, we launched Wikia for TV SideView. TVSV electronic programming guide for Android that comes pre-loaded on Sony's Android devices. Now, when users access their favorite shows on the TVSV, they can browse your wikia's information alongside programming notes like airtime. It has been a smashing success thus far.
