Synopsis[]
Meeting Lauren's handsome and successful former boyfriend has Alex's confidence shaken up. He sets out to do something about it.
Plot[]
Jennifer is writing a paper about Soren Kierkegaard, and (though she knows what's going to happen) she agrees to let Steven help. Lauren's old boyfriend comes to town and wants to have dinner with her. Alex initially says he doesn't feel threatened, but clearly he is. When their date goes longer than Alex expects, he has to investigate.
