Professor Marshall is an economist at Leland University. She has written a book called Post-Industrial Macroeconomics in Asia. She recently did research with Eve Kimball, helping Eve win the Wilson Award. At the awards ceremony, Professor Marshall gives a speech about how industrial nations must establish the viability of IMF loans to developing third world nations.
